Let’s listen to the messages of your inner wisdom!

As a dream analyst,
I help you elucidate the meaning of your dreams.

Far from ready-made meanings, the dream interpretation technique I use calls on your personal associations for each symbol.

What’s the point of listening to your dreams?

  • Man wearing several plaster casts and sawing off the branch on which he is sitting.

Your nightmares alert you in order to protect you

A nightmare is a cry from your dreams to warn and protect you.

It draws your attention to a necessary change in yourself or in your life.

  • Envelopes and roses

Your recurring dreams carry an important message

Repeated dreams insist until their message is understood and put into practice.

  • Half-open door with gold handle and key

    Your dreams innovate

In an impasse or faced with an insoluble problem, your dreams suggest a different way of looking at the situation.

You can then solve the problem in an innovative and creative way.

  • Birch forest with a pine tree in the middle

Your dreams reveal your worth and help you assert yourself

Your dreams show you your full potential and give you the desire and strength to realize it. Thanks to your dreams, you fully embrace the unique individual that you are.

Your dreams also help you set limits in your relationships with others.

  • Compass on map

Your dreams guide and direct you

They give voice to the most authentic and free part of yourself, so that you can live in harmony with your deepest needs and aspirations.

Your dreams know you inside out and know what you're here for.

  • Mortar and medicinal plant

Your dreams take care of your physical and mental health

They keep a close eye on your general state of health and lifestyle, so as to give early warning of any imbalance.

Dreams can sometimes help you heal when you are ill.

Your dreams mean you well and support you!!

My approach

Christiane Riedel taught me a method of deciphering dreams known as the dream interview method, due to the large number of questions asked of the dreamer. This technique, created by American psychologist Dr Gayle Delaney, is based on a systematic collection of your associations about every important symbol in the dream.

Instead of using a symbol dictionary, we look at your personal associations in order to find out what the symbols mean to you. Interpreting a dream is a precise and rigorous process that requires patience. It's tailored to you!

My approach is pragmatic. During the session, we try to link your dream to the actual situation in your life it refers to. Once we've clarified the dream's message, we look together for a simple action to enact your dream's advice.

Dreamers’ comments:

About me: from one language to another

I hold a Master's degree in German Studies from the École Normale Supérieure (Lyon, France). I taught German for eight years in higher education in Dijon (France).

My passion for dreams began in 2015. That year, I woke up every night to the same nightmare. I had the intuition that my inner world was trying to tell me something, but what? So I ordered Marielle Laheurte's book Interprétez vos rêves (Interpret your dreams). It was a revelation to me: dreams have meaning!

In 2019, while struggling with burn out, I decided to start a dream interpretation training first with Marielle Laheurte, then with Jungian dream interpreter Christiane Riedel. Over the following months, supported by my dreams’ advice, I recovered from my burnout.

I've come to realize that dreams are concerned with our physical and mental well-being. They take a wise and benevolent interest in everything that concerns us.

I realized that dream interpretation was my vocation. After two years of intensive training, I began practicing as an onirologist in 2021. By supporting you in understanding your dreams, I help you connect with the infinite and sacred dimension within you.
